on Wednesday we made these "rice paper spring rolls" we used rice noodux, carrots, lettuce, and red peppers. I DO NOT recommend them as they taste really bad and the texture is like a soggy condom filled with vegetables. Once i saw what it looked it was very unappetising. if you want to try it a real spring roll go to the tuck shop ;)

I agree they don't always look appetizing but with the right ingredients and sauce they can taste nice.
Next time could you please add comments on how the group worked and some photos of the process and end product.
